You know that feeling as a kid, when it’s your birthday and you open up a gift and it’s exactly what you’ve been asking for and you are so excited you just jump up and down and scream for a few minutes? Yeah… this was me at Makenna’s shoot because this girl is STUNNING!
From her beautiful hair to her gorgeous outfits, this session was a dream! And on top of all of that… yes, you guessed it, the lighting was PERFECT! AHH! It was a one-hour session, but I could have kept shooting for hours! I can’t get enough.
Of course, it’s prom season, so when I showed up to the location there were high schoolers all over. Luckily the one girl I decided to talk to happened to be my client, Makenna. Phew! We started walking back into the park and what was the first pose I made her do? Get in a bush… duh, what another pose would I do! As strange as this probably sounded and felt to her, she just hopped right in and was totally game for this pose. YAS! I feel like I have to assure my clients a lot “I know you feel super awkward and uncomfortable right now… but girl it looks so cuteeee!!!
We had a slight makeup mishap, but that didn’t stop us! We continued on through the park and took some amazing images. Makenna changed into her second outfit and it was just as stunning as the first. This girl has some style! Love it! And you guys… she brought her dog!! So cute! Check it out:
