This session was a trip! Pretty sure we are the only two crazy enough to be out in this heat, but it was worth it. Our session started out at the Desert Botanical Gardens because someone had told me it is free on Tuesdays… turns out that’s only on the second Tuesday of the month… which was not the day we went. So instead of paying $50 to get in, we just took photos out front of the entrance. We found a little spot with GORGEOUS lighting! About 20 mins into our shoot a worker came over and told us to please stay on the path. Ok, understandable.
We moved over to a little section on the sidewalk with some okay lighting – not as great as the first location. But we adjusted. A few moments later a worked in a golf cart came down the pathway. There was no room for us to stand on the path and for him to drive by without hitting us, so we moved over… off the path… to make room for him to drive by. About 10 seconds later another employee came over and firmly stated, “Ladies, I believe you have already been asked once to please stay on the path. I’m afraid we are going to have to ask you to leave”.
…Um…. Okay then…
So, we jumped in our cars and headed to Pappago park… where the whole park is a path! YAY! We finished out our session and you guys!! They look so amazing! Not only is Jess freaking gorgeous, but she is so fun to be around! We couldn’t stop joking and laughing at our shoot. Take a look at he session:
